My own experiences as leader affected me strongly. I had for example the pleasure to experience that my team supported me the same way I supported them. I am very thankful for the impact this has had on my own and my employees individual and professional development.
One of my biggest learnings is, that dealing with challenging situations added the most value to my own personal development. This is why I continue to see these, when they arise, as opportunities.
